    Yes, each course session has a discussion area and there is also a Loving Nature Community on Facebook which you will be invited to join once you have enrolled in the course.

  • If I can't make 30 consecutive days will I still benefit from this course?

    Absolutely! Although it's good to practice each day for 30 days to really develop a new habit or routine, you can take this at your own pace. You'll have lifetime access to the course materials, discussion forum s and community, so you can come back to the practices again and again
